Caning 101.32 Tofu Caning for Vegetarians43 viewsI've used the analogy for years for the technique I call strike back of visualizing striking a block of tofu without cracking the tofu. The energy from the cane is transferred to the bottom from light to intense without causing serious damage to the bottom. This video reviews all of the caning techniques utilizing a block of tofu so the analogy has become reality.

Send music whip video requests by private message so I do not miss seeing them. Thanks for watching.

WITD 201.17 Arts and Crafts42 viewsThis video will get the whip throwers ready for kinky camping events. Suggested materials are No 36 twisted mason line (it is fluffier and holds more paint, No 18 is what is used to make ladysally crackers for play), gel acrylic paints all the colors of the rainbow, tempra paint, drop cloth, parachord whips and canvases, or better yet living canvases to create living art (goggles, safety glasses, blindfolds, or simply closing the eyes recommended). Turn controlled puffs into brush strokes and parachord whips into paint brushes. Great use for parachord whips after the whip thrower has taken the plunge into kangaroo whips.

Caning 101.33 Cane Carrying Cases42 viewsA look at different types of vanilla cases and what has worked best for me. Also a brief discussion of one aspect of public rules of conduct and why certain types of vanilla cases might cause unwanted attention. The goal is to transport toys and canes in widely accepted vanilla cases repurposed as toy bags that will not cause undue or unwanted attention from the vanillas.

WITD 401.07 Moby Dick drum solo (Led Zepplin) & Bad Moon Rising (Creedence Clearwater Revival)41 viewsToday's whip 2 song set features John Bonham's drum solo, Moby Dick (Led Zepplin) thrown with a 4' 16 plait shot loaded bullwhip by Blake Bruning, and Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival thrown with a 4' Peter Jack 16 plait shot loaded bullwhip Tom Meadow's build. Very challenging to interpret. Unintentional but I managed to untie Moodstone's halter and guess that qualifies as a wardrobe malfunction.

WITD 201.26 Cattleman's Crack41 viewsThe cattleman's crack is the easiest crack to learn to crack. But this S-shaped crack is the hardest crack to learn to put on target. In WITD, this crack is an intermediate to advanced crack. Watch to learn how to slow the crack down and roll it into the strike zone. In the video, I introduce it as WITD 201.27, video proof I'm getting forgetful. It really is supposed to be .26!

WITD 201.39 Long Quirt Construction41 viewsA long quirt sometimes called a dog quirt will be 3' to 4' long. It is build very much like a signal whip or pocket snake whip but ends with a viper tongue or quirt tail. This is often nothing more than a wide fall split down the middle to form a quirt tail. A quirt has 2 tails, held on usually by simply a fall hitch, then thong to heel knot or Turk's head. A light shot bag, single belly and bolster are really all that's needed inside the overlay. I recommend only a 8 or 12 plait overlay as the quirt is intended for more intense play and the finesse and articulation that a higher plait count gives really isn't needed and is a waste of money.
