20 - 4ft Dragontails55 views4' Dragontails are fun to throw, easy to manage in a small space, dungeon or house party. They are a type of singletail and while an entry level whip they remain in my toybag 26 years later and I throw them almost every scene.

WITD 101.30 To Crack or Not To Crack54 viewsTo Crack or Not To Crack looks at creating a synthesis with your whip in the dungeon. Nuisance cracking, excessive practice cracking and thoughtless whip throwers have in some parts of the world given whips a bad reputation. This short practice session talks through letting the music influence whether you crack or do not crack to create a compatible dungeon set. Secret Garden, Journey, and Rammstein are compared. Whips, canes, rope, floggers all belong in the dungeon. Do not let dungeon owners ban whips.

WITD 201.10 Warmup54 viewsA warmup is essential for a good whip scene. It establishes a base line of energy exchange to build upon. If the whip catcher does not want marks, then it prepares the skin for the singletail and minimizes the chances of marks. Of course cracker material and composition also affects marks, and the skill level of the whip top. A warmup also puts the thrower in touch with the relative 1-10 pain scale of the whip catcher setting the stage for the next level of play in a mixed whip scene.

WITD 101.36a Controlled Puff53 views@Mistress_Marion for coining the term "controlled puff". This concept while not in my book, WITD, compliments the controlled puffs that transition to effective dungeon play. Learn to throw controlled steps of gradually building intensity. Practice this technique with all dungeon whips. Warmup 1-5, play 4-8. Never reach 10=Never reaching "red". This is adjusted based on feedback from the whip catcher during play.

WITD 101.41a Aftercare53 viewsAftercare is a consideration in any scene. There are many types of aftercare. Consider the whip catcher coming down from a huge endorphin rush. Water, blanket, sometimes chocolate or a hard candy. Some prefer to cuddle, some prefer to be left alone and have quiet time, some prefer to quietly chat about the experience. Some prefer their primary partner or a friend give aftercare. Whip tops experience drops differently too. Whether giving or assigning aftercare, always consider it in negotiations as a discussion point and an action point following a scene.

WITD 201.07 The Cutback53 viewsThe Cutback Almost 50 videos into the series and this is the first S-shaped crack taught. Sport crackers often teach the Circus crack or Cattleman's crack as the first crack to learn. While it is the easiest crack to learn and the loudest to crack. This S-shaped crack depending upon the geometric plane it is thrown in goes by many names. When angled on the backhand side on a diagonal, it can be called a backhand cattleman's crack, or a Cutback. A cattleman's crack naturally wants to crack 2/3 of the way down the thong. Long before it reaches its dungeon target, a whip catcher. So slow the cutback way down when learning it and let the S-shape, transition into a U-shape and let it rollout all the way to its target for a controlled puff finish. Then practice it with controlled puffs. The first crack learned sport cracking is the LAST crack to learn when the goal is throwing in the dungeon on a living target with control and finesse.

WITD 201.08 Intermediate Practice Targets53 viewsIntermediate Practice Targets Show and tell, explanation of why certain types of targets for practice translate better to live play on whip catchers in the dungeon. Some targets lend themselves better to practicing finesse with the whip and work on controlled puffs.

WITD 201.12 Cooldown53 viewsCooldown by calming the scene down. Move energy, slow draw with Singletail, something soft like a rabbit fur flogger. Touching, erotic play with permission is a nice cooldown. Connection with an ending.

Caning 101.27 IMAGINE Playing the Cane as an Instrument53 viewsThe cane is more than simply a percussion stick. It moves energy. . .it is alive. Different diameters produce different frequencies, vibrations and tonals. Sensations from thuddy to stingy. In this capstone video, a multi-cane birch bundle plays percussion, bass, second tenor or lead, first tenor, alto, and baritone canes play. Thanks to Moodstone for putting up with my imagination. Background music video was Imagine by the Pentatonix.
