WITD 501.32 Making a Matched Set of Crackers for a Matched Set of Whips9 viewsNot as important when doing basic cracking or sport cracking, but in contact dungeon play having the matched set of whips plaited the exact length defeats the purpose of finesse contact play if your crackers are mismatched in length. WITD 501.31 Breaking in Matched Sets of Dungeon Whips6 viewsDex guides through the thought process of breaking in a matched set of dungeon whips as opposed to a single dungeon whip. Contrasting with breaking a whip in taking a basic cracking or sport cracking approach. In a nutshell, break the whips in by throwing them using all of the same techniques you would use throwing in the dungeon. Do not use basic cracking or sport cracking techniques, or even the static bow & arrow dungeon technique. Bow & arrow cannot be thrown with two handed whip technique, only the static over the shoulder technique can be used. Teach the new whips to behave using your throwing technique and break them in using the techniques and throwing style you use in the dungeon.Apr 21, 2024

WITD 501.30 Practicing with Matched Double Ended Floggers using Horse Tail Bags26 viewsPracticing with double ended floggers can be done using horse tail bags to hold the flogger tails together while in the beginning learning stages. Not only is a double ended flogger challenging to throw but throwing 2 in florentine is double trouble. Horse tail bags allow the Top to focus on the florentine pattern and not have to worry about keeping all of the flogger tails together. Once the pattern is mastered and some muscle memory developed then remove the horse tail bag and continue practicing. Horse tail bags are a nice way to protect your floggers when transporting them in a suitcase or toybag to a dungeon party.Mar 10, 2024

WITD 501.02a Two Handed Flogger Practice with Horse Tail Bags33 viewsPracticing two handed flogging with finger floggers and traditional handle floggers can be done using horse tail bags to hold the flogger tails together while in the beginning learning stages. This allows the Top to focus on the florentine pattern and not have to worry about keeping all of the flogger tails together. Once the pattern is mastered and some muscle memory developed then remove the horse tail bag and continue practicing.
