Pros and cons to a tassel style cracker. The con is it creates a very light sensation and almost cannot be cracked. But it produces a consistent puff and controlled puffs can easily be ramped up. For the beginning whip thrower, it allows a larger margin of error, and for the beginning whip catcher isn't as scary as a loud crack and stinging pain. Many reasons why someone might not want or cannot have marks but yet want to be played with using a whip. This cracker makes that possible.
