WITD 501.15 Alternating Forehands17 viewsThis two handed technique focuses on the forehand. Throw the forehand with the dominant hand and leave the whip out. Alternate and throw the forehand with the off hand or non-dominant hand and leave it out. As you throw the alternate forehand recover the dominant hand on the forehand side. Alternate between throwing a forehand right handed and left handed to do this two whip pattern with only throwing forehands.Nov 22, 2022

Spanking 101.08 Play Maintenance and Discipline Spankings58 viewsThis paradigm describes 3 different types of spankings. There are many occasions for spankings. Mostly when spanking is thought of in the leather lifestyle it is in a session, scene, play or dungeon context. However, in relationships whether a leather house, a collared relationship or simply a long term play relationship maintenance spankings are often administered and form a function. In a negotiated relationship whether there are contracts or not, rules become established and the breaking of a rule whether intentionally or not sets a situation where a discipline spanking is appropriate. Discipline spankings can of course be part of negotiated play as well. As always have fun with spanking and insure every type of spanking you do is consensual.Nov 20, 2022

WITD 501.10 Tassel Style Popper vs Ponytail Style Popper for Two Handed Whip Work16 viewsA traditional style cracker is simply a piece of twisted string or cording made from a wide variety of possible materials finished with an overhand knot leaving 1 1/2 to 2" of fluff. That fluff is what is played with however it is a small margin and only a very skilled whip thrower can play with only the fluff. When the overhand knot hits the whip catcher it will leave a small dot, streak or mark. Hence playing without marking using a traditional cracker is very hard to do. When moving to two handed whip work, there needs to be a larger margin for error, especially during the learning phase as muscle memory and finesse are being acquired. Normally I recommend using a ponytail style cracker most often I call this a ladysally style cracker. However, for beginning two handed work, I'm recommending beginning with a tassel style cracker to provide an even larger margin for error.Nov 11, 2022

WITD 501.11 Practice with a Tripod and Phone9 viewsUsing a phone to video two handed or even single handed whip practice will allow the whip thrower to see the whip the entire length of its travel. Asynchronous feedback provides visual learning opportunities that will aid in correcting and improving technique. The video can be watched multiple times focusing on different aspects of the throwing sequence. This is a different perspective than synchronous feedback which will be looked at in a separate video.Nov 11, 2022

WITD 501.12 Two Handed Whip Lane11 viewsWatch yourself in a mirror and see how wide and long your whip lane is throwing single handed. Ideally you should be able to throw two handed whips and maintain the same lane as when throwing a single whip. So with good technique, a whip lane is a whip lane regardless of whether throwing 1 whip or 2 whips.Nov 11, 2022

WITD 501.09 Reflective Whip Throwing20 viewsMost of us are visual learners. Discover how quickly you can improve both single handed and two handed technique by throwing in front of a full length mirror. This allows you to see the entire path of the whip through recovery and rollout. Self-reflective thought allows you to make adjustments and see the result instantly. Then repeat it to anchor it in muscle memory. After 23 years of throwing, my new discovery has implications for everyone wanting to improve their dungeon technique with whips.Nov 07, 2022
