All classes of kangaroo whips, signal whips, snake whips, and bullwhips have plait counts: 8, 12, 16 plait are considered working whips. Are these lower plait counts adequate for dungeon play? Collector's grade whips with plait count >16 are much more expensive: 20, 24, 32 and higher are beautiful works of art and theoretically should be better articulated than a 16 plait whip.
