WITD 501.30 Practicing with Matched Double Ended Floggers using Horse Tail Bags25 viewsPracticing with double ended floggers can be done using horse tail bags to hold the flogger tails together while in the beginning learning stages. Not only is a double ended flogger challenging to throw but throwing 2 in florentine is double trouble. Horse tail bags allow the Top to focus on the florentine pattern and not have to worry about keeping all of the flogger tails together. Once the pattern is mastered and some muscle memory developed then remove the horse tail bag and continue practicing. Horse tail bags are a nice way to protect your floggers when transporting them in a suitcase or toybag to a dungeon party.

WITD 201.36 What Plait Count is Better24 viewsWhat plait count is better for play in a dungeon with a singletail? All classes of kangaroo whips, signal whips, snake whips, and bullwhips have plait counts: 8, 12, 16 plait are considered working whips. Are these lower plait counts adequate for dungeon play? Collector's grade whips with plait count >16 are much more expensive: 20, 24, 32 and higher are beautiful works of art and theoretically should be better articulated than a 16 plait whip. Watch the demonstration and get Dex's take on it and form your own opinions.
