32 1/2" lag screws 3 1/2" or 4" long
8 1/4" lag screws 2" long
1/2" and 1/4" washers to go behind lag screw heads
4 or 5 1"x4"x8" cut for mattress/platform slats to go between iron mattress rails.
Iron bedrails (roughly cost $29) that have bolt holes on either end for mounting. 75" long for twin/full, 80" long for queen/king.

The flogger is rolled around an eye bolt, sewn in place then bolted together to make sure it doesn't fall apart. The eye bolt allows you to add attachments making it more versatile. Chain paddle-the chain paddle can be used on both sides. The chain side of the paddle allows attaching multiple paddles and turning it into a flogger.

Two over the shoulder techniques are demonstrated. The first I learned watching Dea_Dhelia from Belgium doing corporal punishment. It is quite a long stroke, but if the setup is correct and care taken can be very accurate. It has a long swing, and utilizes hips, legs etc to generate power. The second technique would only be used if the caning bottom is lying down on a massage or bondage table.

Contrasting with breaking a whip in taking a basic cracking or sport cracking approach. In a nutshell, break the whips in by throwing them using all of the same techniques you would use throwing in the dungeon. Do not use basic cracking or sport cracking techniques, or even the static bow & arrow dungeon technique. Bow & arrow cannot be thrown with two handed whip technique, only the static over the shoulder technique can be used. Teach the new whips to behave using your throwing technique and break them in using the techniques and throwing style you use in the dungeon.

Exowhips-Tyler Blake is on a pause from plaiting. These whips were acquired through a whip trade as a result of friendships formed in the monthly Whips in the Dungeon whip practice using Zoom. The bullwhips were made with a carbon fiber rod handle, two belly build with an overlay using flat nylon lacing, sometimes described as wave lacing, or whip maker's lacing. It is similar to flat dacron lacing, but is not the same. Natural belly with no shot loading, they are waxed to provide a light amount of weight. Extremely nice parachord like bullwhips. I'm so lucky to have acquired them.

For two handed whip work signal whips still remain the best choice in my opinion. As a sgnal is flexible from the turk's head to the cracker it will have better flow. Two handed work whether you are throwing a 4 count or 6 count Florentine or doing a 3 beat weave is all about flow into your target.
